HILTON’S NEW PARISIAN ADDRESS FEATURES BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER AND 30S-STYLE FURNITURE.
Hilton’s latest addition in France is the 4 star hotel Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadéro. Located in Paris’ 16th district, this glamorous location opened on May 11, 2021. Along with this property, Hilton launched its lifestyle hotel brand Canopy in France, which gathers 30 locations and is already present in several European countries – it will expand to London and Madrid later this year.
Canopy’s interior design is directly inspired by the history of the site where it is located, the Trocadero. On the inside, everything is made to evoke the industrial past of Paris in the 30s: Art déco shapes, symmetry, color contrast and leather sofas that give off a very classy and artistic vibe. The establishment includes a total of 123 rooms, as well as a space that can host corporate meetings, large receptions or other events, Nespresso coffee machines in each room, a large lobby called Canopy Central and a fitness center open 24 hours a day.
But the icing on the cake is probably its rooftop that gives the most breathtaking views on the Eiffel Tower and on the city of lights. Up in the sky, it is surrounded by vegetation and offers a menu with unique Lillet-based cocktails, craft beers, tapas and guacamole, roasted veggies and cheese boards to share with friends while glancing at a beautiful sunset. This intimate and pleasant space is decorated with deckchairs, high tables, benches and umbrellas.
The hotel claims to be strongly rooted in local culture and sustainability and uses high quality ingredients. The rooftop will host many events this season whose program will be revealed very soon. For more elaborate meals, you might want to head to the hotel’s restaurant, L’Esprit Nouveau, where typical French cuisine is prepared by chef Robin Kubarek. We’ve heard the delicacies he prepares for dessert – such as the lemon panna cotta – are spectacular.
