A NEW ADDRESS WITH WARM AND COSY PARISIAN VIBES, CAVALIERI RESTAURANT FEATURES MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE WITH DISHES INSPIRED BY ITALY, LEBANON, GREECE, AND NORTH AFRICA.

Located in the heart of Paris’ 16th district, Cavalieri Restaurant is already shaping up to become the place to be for everyday dining with its festive setting and undeniably chic décor, a signature of Lisa Benhamou-Marciano.

No casting error, the menu design, was entrusted to the talented Bruno Verjus, a two-starred chef in his restaurant Table in the 12th arrondissement, gives pride of place to products from the South: fried halloumi and mint oil, candied eggplant and smoked sweet pepper, half-cooked sardines barely smoked, grilled Mediterranean red tuna belly, lamb rolled in wild herbs and olives, roasted in patience, Galician cow rib, Santona anchovies, enough to make you salivate while waiting to rush in.

In the kitchen, it’s chef Verjus and brothers Kevin and Cristian Stradaioli in charge.
