At La Grande Cascade, every detail is crafted daily to uphold the tradition of a great Parisian restaurant, both in the kitchen and in the service. Under the direction of Frédéric Robert, the menu offers signature dishes like Macaroni with black truffle, foie gras, celery, and gratinated parmesan, and crispy calf sweetbread with sand carrots, sorrel, and turtle herb jus. The Chef refines the menu with the seasons and his inspiration.
