L’Oréal Paris is set to host its grandest consumer beauty event yet, turning Paris’s Place de l’Opéra into a dazzling runway on September 23. This marks the seventh edition of ‘Le Défilé,’ an event that has become a highlight of Paris Fashion Week.

Open to the public, this year’s show celebrates diversity, empowerment, and the spirit of sisterhood, with an impressive lineup of ambassadors including Viola Davis, Camila Cabello, Kendall Jenner, and Jane Fonda, showcasing beauty that transcends age and background.

With the theme ‘Walk Your Worth,’ L’Oréal Paris aims to deliver a powerful message of inclusion and self-worth. The brand’s Global Director, Delphine Viguier-Hovasse, emphasizes the celebration of women in all their diversity, with ambassadors ranging from ages 20 to 88 gracing the runway.

This commitment to diverse representation is further amplified by the show’s global reach. Beyond the streets of Paris, the show will also be live-streamed on London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus billboard, making history as the first brand to stream an entire day of TikTok content onto this famous landmark. It will also be broadcast in Milan, Spain, and Poland, expanding its message to millions worldwide.

Adding to the excitement, Bollywood star Alia Bhatt makes her debut as the Global Brand Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris. Striding the runway in the iconic #601 ‘Worth It‘ shade from the Infallible Matte Resistance collection, Bhatt epitomizes the brand’s ethos—that every woman is ‘Worth It,’ strong, confident, and unapologetically herself.

L’Oréal Paris continues to push the boundaries of consumer engagement with this event. A 25-meter-wide screen will bring the runway to life for the 3,500 attendees at Place de l’Opéra, while backstage moments will unfold inside the iconic Paris Opera House. Viewers worldwide can access behind-the-scenes content, product tutorials, and live shopping features through L’Oréal Paris’s extensive social media channels.

The ‘get the look’ tabs during the show will allow viewers to explore the products used for the runway looks, driving a direct connection between the runway and everyday beauty routines.

Fashion houses such as Coperni, Mugler, and Mossi have collaborated with L’Oréal Paris for this show, lending pieces to dress the brand’s ambassadors. This collaboration underscores how ‘Le Défilé’ has evolved since its inception in 2016, becoming a platform that bridges fashion, beauty, and self-expression.
