Louis Vuitton Editions Set Up, at the Brach Paris Hotel, a Colorful Ephemeral Bookstore Dedicated to Travel & Featuring Its Various Publications: City Guide, Travel Books and Fashion Eye.
Closely linked to the world of travel with its first job as a trunk maker, Louis Vuitton has been producing a collection of travel guides for 30 cities around the world since 1998. The collection features a selection of hotels, restaurants, places to discover and places to see, with a focus on quality and originality. New this year, Louis Vuitton Editions is reissuing 15 City Guides available in a collector’s lacquered box with an exclusive notebook.
Travel Books
Designed like real travel books, the Louis Vuitton Travel Books offer a series of drawings by artists from around the world for each destination. They tell the story of cities, landscapes and encounters, from the largest megalopolises to the most exotic regions. Recognized artists and young talents offer a rich collection, full of poetry and escape, where different modes of expression are combined: collage, painting, drawing, comics, manga or illustration are all visual fields explored here.
Fashion Eye
After the City Guide and Travel Book, Louis Vuitton is completing its collection of travel publications with the Fashion Eye. These photographic albums reveal a city, a region or a country through the eyes of an emerging or experienced photographer. A meeting between a destination and fashion photography.
