Milan Fashion Week Fall-Winter 25/26 returns from February 25 to March 3, 2025, with a packed schedule of runway shows, presentations, and industry events. This season brings 55 physical shows—including double presentations from Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani—alongside six digital showcases featuring Tokyo James, Maison Nencioni, Maxivive, Jacob Cohën, Saman Loira, and Viapiave33. In total, the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) counts 153 events. This includes 65 presentations, four by appointment, and 23 special events.
The official calendar sees a major shake-up. While a dozen brands are absent, the week welcomes eight newcomers, including Fiorucci and K-Way. A wave of emerging labels also joins the lineup. Giorgio Armani, MSGM, and Blumarine make their return. Fendi marks its centennial with a high-profile show. Dsquared2 celebrates 30 years with a milestone presentation. French designer Charles de Vilmorin will also debut his collection as part of an exchange initiative with the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.
Milan Fashion Week Fall-Winter 25/26 Key Highlights
Gucci opens the week on February 25 with a co-ed show—an approach adopted by several brands this season, shifting them from the January Men’s Fashion Week to the main calendar. Among them, Dsquared2 closes opening day with a show and a major party celebrating 30 years, while K-Way, traditionally part of the men’s schedule, moves to the women’s lineup with a co-ed show marking 60 years. The next day, February 26, Fendi takes the spotlight with an evening presentation at its Via Solari headquarters, led by Silvia Venturini Fendi, who continues to oversee accessories and menswear while also designing the women’s ready-to-wear collection following Kim Jones’ departure.
Several major returns mark this season. Giorgio Armani, after showing in New York last season, reclaims his spot in Milan on March 2. Blumarine, absent for a season, returns on February 27 under new Creative Director David Koma, while MSGM makes a comeback on March 1 after opting for a co-ed format last season to celebrate 15 years.
New names also reshape the lineup. Fiorucci, led by Francesca Murri, joins the official schedule on March 1, following an off-calendar debut last season. Rising talents include Francesco Murano, known for his sculptural draping, and Giuseppe Di Morabito, whose couture-inspired, glamorous aesthetic has drawn the attention of celebrities like Lady Gaga and Zendaya. His brand, backed by Style Capital, makes its Milan Fashion Week debut on February 28.
Galib Gassanoff, co-founder of Act N°1, launches his solo label Institution on February 25, positioning it as a socio-artistic project. On March 2, Milan welcomes Peruvian designer Jorge Luis Salinas, known for technological innovation, and Chinese designer Susan Fang, supported by Dolce & Gabbana.
This season also introduces an exchange between the Camera della Moda and the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), designed to give emerging talents broader visibility. Representing France, Charles de Vilmorin will present his collection within the Fashion Hub, while Marco Rambaldi gains the opportunity to showcase his work at Sphere, the FHCM’s curated showroom in Paris Fashion Week, running from March 5–11.
Notable Omissions and Schedule Shifts
Some notable names are absent this season. Bottega Veneta, currently transitioning under new Creative Director Louise Trotter, will return next season. Boss continues its alternating Milan schedule and is set to show in September. Philosophy, now integrated under Alberta Ferretti, will debut under Lorenzo Serafini on February 25.
Other labels missing from the schedule include Phan Dang Hoang and Mao Bao Bao’s Chiccomao, both of whom debuted last season, along with Federico Cina, The Attico, Andreadamo, GCDS, Del Core, and Rave Review.
