MAISON LOUIS VUITTON JOINS FORCES WITH ONE OF THE MOST UP AND COMING FACES OF FRENCH CUISINE FOR A UNIQUE GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE AT THE WHITE 1921 HOTEL

In keeping with the spirit of the “art of travel” dear to the Maison Louis Vuitton, Michelin-starred  Chef Mory Sacko is the Artistic Director of this new vibrant, modern restaurant and its globe-trotting recipes, where African and Japanese influences meet the know-how of French cuisine, with rigor and precision.

Under the sun of Provence, the new Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton Restaurant welcomes about forty diners from lunch to dinner, in a décor meticulously designed in collaboration with Mory and infused with the codes of Louis Vuitton.

In the cuisine, Mory Sacko imagines a travel menu, with products from Provence, yet inspired by elsewhere. At lunch, the young chef invites you to try gourmet variations on the Ekiben, the iconic meal tray found in Japanese trains and stations.

In the evening, the tasting continues its delicious invitation to travel with a tapas menu and a traditional plate service. Eggs “Misonnaise“, veggie tacos eggplant, an offer of grilled amberjack, lobster, rib of beef, tasty tagines arranged in ceramics, accompanied by a salad of raw fennel and mango, plantains with smoked sweet pepper.
