From the heart of France regional landscapes; sports and music lovers, gastronomes, and everyone looking for new and original experiences will be able to immerse in the fascinating universe of the vineyards. Guided tours, winegrowers meetings, discovery workshops, concerts with eclectic repertoires, exhibitions, sports, and outdoor activities are also included. Discover here some of these recreations and vineyards, starting with the Domaine Walbaum region, a boutique hotel, and vineyard that has recently opened.

The Domaine Walbaum is a family heritage that has a passion for wine, passed down from generation to generation, with respect for the land. A place that merges history and magic. A family property since the 19th century, located in the heart of southern Ardèche, a few kilometers from the Pont d’Arc, the Gorges de l’Ardèche, and the Grotte Chauvet considered by UNESCO as a World Heritage, it extends over nearly 70 hectares in one piece, along the Ardèche river.

A unique site, the vineyards are cultivated with respect for the environment and biodiversity with traditional plowing, organic treatments, surrounded by preserved woods and hedgerows; a real refuge for wild fauna, in particular for birds which are the predators of the vine’s pests. Some of their vines, which were planted by previous generations, are now more than 50 years old, producing few grapes but of excellent quality and great finesse. Such as the Rosé Fleur de vigne, à cuvée Hommage in red, a Syrah Merlot in red, and a Viognier Blanc.
