Fifty years of Japanese art, culture, and heritage deserve an extraordinary celebration. Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens marks its golden anniversary with an evening of jazz, art, and Japanese traditions beneath the Florida night sky.

The celebration honors the museum's enduring cultural relationship between Japan and the United States, with a live performance by internationally acclaimed pianist Keiko Matsui. A Champagne and sake reception and silent auction precede a lakeside dinner accompanied by Dr. Courtney Jones and his jazz quintet, while artist Kei Murakami creates a painting live.

The evening concludes with hundreds of illuminated lanterns floating across Morikami Lake to the rhythms of Fushu Daiko taiko drumming.

The museum will also present its George Morikami Cultural Arts Awards, recognizing Michael Sonnenreich, Gary Russell Libby, Jun Kaneko, and Chieko and James Mihori for their contributions to philanthropy, collecting, artistic achievement, and cultural heritage.

VIP Tickets & Packages

Rising Sun — Presenting Sponsor

Premier lakeside table for ten

Premium Champagne and sake service

Gala reception, dinner, performances, and auction

Presenting sponsor recognition across event media

Full-page commemorative journal advertisement with premier placement

Founding membership in the Yamato Circle

Lifetime membership in the George Morikami Legacy Society

Golden Mountain — Premier Sponsor

Premier table for ten

Premium Champagne and sake service

Gala reception, dinner, performances, and auction

Premier sponsor recognition

Full-page commemorative journal advertisement

Founding membership in the Yamato Circle

Lifetime membership in the George Morikami Legacy Society

Silver Moon — Premium Sponsor

Premium table for ten

Premium Champagne and sake service

Gala reception, dinner, performances, and auction

Sponsor recognition and full-page journal advertisement

Founding membership in the Yamato Circle

Copper Pine — Gala Table

Reserved table for ten

Champagne and sake reception

Lakeside dinner and live performances

Silent auction

Sponsor recognition

Half-page commemorative journal advertisement

Founding membership in the Yamato Circle

Bronze Lantern — Patron Package

Four gala seats

Champagne and sake reception

Lakeside dinner and entertainment

Silent auction

Sponsor recognition and commemorative journal advertisement

Shining Star — Patron Package

Two gala seats

Champagne and sake reception

Lakeside dinner and entertainment

Silent auction

Sponsor recognition and commemorative journal advertisement

Falling Water — Patron Invitation

One gala seat

Champagne and sake reception

Lakeside dinner and entertainment

Silent auction

Sponsor recognition and commemorative journal advertisement
