AUCTION HOUSE ARTCURIAL WILL OFFER A SELECTION OF CLASSIC AND CONTEMPORARY PIECES OF MAISON CHANEL THIS JANUARY 5 TO 11, 2022
To kick off 2022 in style, a selection of Chanel vintage pieces will be auctioned by Artcurial from January 5 to 11, exclusively online. This is an opportunity for the luxury brand’s clients, enthusiasts, and collectors to find the great Chanel classics, but also more contemporary lifestyle creations. the Maison Artcurial Paris’ online auction sale is to feature some of the luxury brand’s iconic pieces including the tweed jackets and the yoga ball.
The Chanel Vintage sale does stop at pieces from past decades, you will also be able to treat yourself to more original creations, such as a yoga and pilates ball, a boomerang, costume jewelry, metal cardboard, and plastic box from the set of the ‘Chanel Shopping Center‘ fashion show, dedicated to the fall-winter 2014-15 season.
The sale’s highlights include a denim ensemble trimmed with navy, red and white wool braids from the fall-winter 1993-94 collection (estimate: 400/600 euros), an haute couture mauve jersey suit circa 1965-70 (estimate: 1000/1200 euros), a pair of partially quilted navy aged leather boots (estimate: 200/400 euros), a black lizard flap bag with a leather interlaced chain handle (estimate: 800/1000 euros), or a black and white silver photograph, immortalizing Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington, by Karl Lagerfeld for an advertising campaign for Chanel (estimate: 2. 500/3,500 euros).
