As Valentine’s Day approaches, love and romance fill the air, and this year, Thierry Marx invites you to experience a unique culinary journey at Madame Brasserie, nestled on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. In this enchanting setting, lovebirds are invited to enjoy an exceptional moment 57 meters above ground, with breathtaking views of the twinkling lights of Paris.
To celebrate this special day, Thierry Marx has crafted a four-course menu, blending culinary creativity with seasonal ingredients. Guests will embark on a taste adventure starting with an entrée featuring crab and a delicate celery cream, complemented by green apple and coriander, a combination that tantalizes the senses and prepares the palate for the rest of the meal.
The first main course, a house specialty, is a signature pie from Maison VEROT accompanied by a tangy meat jus, promising a burst of flavors. This is followed by a choice between two main courses: delicate scallops paired with butternut squash couscous and toasted hazelnuts with a rose champagne emulsion, or a duck fillet served with parsnip mousseline, roasted Williams pear, and red wine sauce. Each option is a celebration of French gastronomy.
The highlight of the evening will be the dessert, a “Vanilla Ice Desire” accompanied by a clementine and sage sorbet, a sweet treat specially crafted for the occasion by the pastry chef. This dessert, both indulgent and refined, will be the perfect crescendo to an unforgettable dinner.
To accompany this feast, a dedicated playlist will set a romantic atmosphere throughout the evening. And to add a touch of magic, a new decorative piece will levitate in the center of the room, capturing the essence of this special night.
Madame Brasserie is the ideal setting for an extraordinary Valentine’s Day, where luxury, romance and haute cuisine come together.
