L’Oréal Paris stages its annual Le Défilé fashion and beauty show beneath the Eiffel Tower to kick off Paris Fashion Week SS27. The 2026 edition's Express Your Worth theme expands on L’Oréal Paris’ “Because You’re Worth It” message through confidence, individuality, sisterhood, and self-expression. Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria, Viola Davis, Cara Delevingne, Jane Fonda, Simone Ashley, Aishwarya Rai and more of the brand’s ambassadors are expected on the runway, while the beauty direction is led backstage by makeup artist Harold James and hair expert Stéphane Lancien.

The annual BoF 500 Gala returns to Paris Fashion Week, bringing together The Business of Fashion’s global community to celebrate the latest names joining the BoF 500. The gala draws designers, talent and industry executives for one of the week’s most closely watched private gatherings. This season’s gala is presented in partnership with Amazon Fashion.

Expected guest list: Kim Kardashian, the Beckhams, Adriana Lima and Barbara Palvin.

Dubai Fashion Week will return to Dubai Design District (d3) from October 22 to 26, 2026, for its Spring/Summer 2027/28 edition. Co-founded by Dubai Design District and the Arab Fashion Council, Dubai Fashion Week official SS27/28 calendar and designer lineup have not yet been announced.

Guest accreditation is currently open. Individual show access remains subject to invitation, accreditation and designer approval.

Date TBC. The Fashion Trust Arabia Prize returns to Doha for its eighth edition, bringing together emerging MENA designers and some of fashion’s most influential designers, editors and industry figures for its annual awards ceremony.

The 2026 competition covers Ready-to-Wear, Evening Wear, Accessories, Jewelry, Debut Talent and Fashion Tech, with finalists competing for financial grants, year-long mentorship and international retail support.

This year’s Advisory Board includes Clare Waight Keller, Erdem Moralıoğlu, Mary Katrantzou, Dilara Findikoğlu, Nina Garcia, Anna Dello Russo, Susie Lau, Ashi, Delfina Delettrez and Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, ahead of the announcement of the 2026 finalists and judging panel.

The ceremony is held in Doha and traditionally culminates in the announcement of the year’s winning designers. The 2026 ceremony date and finalists have not yet been announced.

Jonathan Anderson will present the Dior Cruise 2028 collection in Shanghai, marking his first major Dior moment in Asia since taking creative direction of the maison’s womenswear, menswear, and haute couture. The show also brings Dior back to Shanghai, where the maison previously staged a cruise collection in 2010.

Shanghai also holds a place in Dior’s own history: Christian Dior named one of his Spring 1948 haute couture looks “Shanghai.” The city has remained an important destination for the maison through runway presentations, exhibitions, and major brand events.
