<p class="has-drop-cap">Florence sets the tone for the international menswear season as <strong>Pitti Uomo</strong> returns to the historic <strong>Fortezza da Basso</strong> from January 12–15, 2027, for its 111th edition.</p><p>A fixture of the global fashion calendar, Pitti Uomo brings together distinguished tailoring houses, independent labels, buyers, editors, and some of the industry's most recognizable style personalities. Its appeal extends well beyond the exhibition stands, with designer presentations, special projects, and private gatherings unfolding throughout Florence.</p><p>The January edition welcomes <strong>Dunhill</strong> and <strong>Kartik Research</strong> as guest designers, placing two contrasting interpretations of menswear in the spotlight. The British luxury house Dunhill draws on its heritage of refined tailoring and craftsmanship, while Kartik Research, founded by <strong>Kartik Kumra</strong>, explores Indian textile traditions through contemporary silhouettes and artisanal techniques.</p><p>Between the collections and presentations, Florence's Renaissance palazzi, historic boutiques, and private venues provide an elegant setting for a week that celebrates the art of dressing well.</p><p>The full calendar of special events and presentations will be announced closer to January.</p>
