Maison Renaud Pellegrino and Anne-Sophie Mignaux Kamar have launched, In celebration of International Girl Child’s Day, the Noor Capsule: an exclusive and numbered bag. This capsule is a precious and easy-to-wear jewel bag, available in three colors, in-store and in Renaud Pellegrino’s online boutique.
Noor bag is the result of Anne-Sophie’s expertise in the field of jewelry and Renaud Pellegrino’s know-how, a handbag designer who has worked for several Haute-Couture houses and the founder of the Maison Renaud Pellegrino in 1983, and who is still the artistic director of the house.
NOOR IS ABOVE ALL A HUMAN ENCOUNTER
Two women discovered, in the course of their conversations, common values such as sharing, “giving back” and high sensitivity for French fashion and elegance. Sotévy Ly, General Manager of Maison Renaud Pellegrino, recalls her previous lives, during which she worked for NGOs, whose main missions were to create jobs for women, in emerging countries. For her part, Anne-Sophie Mignaux Kamar, former jewelry editor for major women’s magazines and consultant to luxury and jewelry houses, is very involved with many charities working for children and women.
During her exchange with Sotévy, Anne-Sophie discovered Renaud Pellegrino and his eponymous brand and it was a second crush. The idea of collaboration comes, thus, quite naturally, with the desire to transmit a little benevolence and to act in a sincere way. Together they chose Plan International France, a member of the Plan International network present in 75 countries, which acts to advance respect for the rights of children and youth and puts equality between girls and boys at the heart of its action. As such part of Noor Capsule profits will be donated to the Plan International France NGO.
