Dubai's Most Exclusive Restaurants & Private Clubs

The Tables, Members' Clubs, Nightlife, Gastronomy, and Beach Addresses to Know

The Tables, Members' Clubs, Nightlife, Gastronomy, and Beach Addresses to Know

Dubai’s dining scene changes at a pace few cities can match. New restaurants open every season, global hospitality names choose the city for ambitious new addresses, and the social scene extends across DIFC, Jumeirah, the Palm, and Dubai’s luxury hotels.

Alongside the new openings are the names that have become part of the city: restaurants that still command a crowd years later, private members’ clubs, late-night dining rooms, exceptional gastronomic tables, and beach clubs where lunch can easily take over the afternoon.

    Dining & Social Scene

    CARBONE Dubai

    CARBONE Dubai
CARBONE brings Major Food Group’s New York Italian-American institution to Atlantis The Royal, with its burgundy-jacketed service, Venetian mirrors, chandeliers, art, and familiar signatures including Spicy Rigatoni, Veal Parmesan, and tableside Caesar salad. Its Dubai debut drew Alessandra Ambrosio, Winnie Harlow, Central Cee, and Iris Law, establishing the restaurant immediately as one of the city’s high-profile tables.

    GAIA Dubai

    GAIA Dubai
Opened in DIFC by Chef Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin, GAIA Dubai has outlasted Dubai’s rapid restaurant cycle to become one of the district’s established social tables. Greek-Mediterranean cooking centers on seafood, raw preparations, the fish market, charcoal grilling, and plates designed for the table, while its Gate Village location keeps it firmly inside Dubai’s business and fashion circuit.

    Zuma Dubai

    Zuma Dubai
Zuma Dubai remains one of DIFC’s defining restaurants years after opening. The two-floor restaurant combines the main dining room, sushi and robata counters, bar, lounge, terrace, and private dining, with the upstairs lounge continuing with cocktails and live music after dinner. Its longevity is precisely the point: Dubai constantly produces new restaurants, yet Zuma remains part of the city’s social circuit.

    LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai

    LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai
LPM Dubai has occupied Gate Village since long before DIFC became saturated with international restaurant names. French Riviera cooking, its bougainvillea-lined terrace, a substantial bar, and signatures such as escargots and the Tomatini have kept the restaurant relevant through multiple generations of Dubai openings. Come for an established DIFC institution rather than the newest room in town.

    Sexy Fish Dubai

    Sexy Fish Dubai
Eleven floors above DIFC at Innovation One, Sexy Fish Dubai surrounds its Japanese-inspired menu with dramatic underwater interiors, major artwork, cocktails, and a late-night program. Sushi, sashimi, seafood, and robata cooking lead dinner before the restaurant shifts toward music and entertainment, with service continuing until 2 a.m.

    Amazónico Dubai

    Amazónico Dubai
Spread across three levels in DIFC, Amazónico Dubai combines Latin American cooking, sushi, tropical interiors, live percussion, resident DJs, and a rooftop that operates as Paraíso. Dinner therefore has a natural second act without leaving the building, which has helped the restaurant remain relevant in a district where new openings appear constantly.

    Maison Revka Dubai

    Maison Revka Dubai
At Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island, Maison Revka carries its French-Slavic identity into a larger resort setting with a restaurant, terrace, pool, lounge, and boutique. The menu retains the caviar, smoked fish, and Slavic references associated with its Paris and Saint-Tropez addresses, while dinner operates with an elegant dress code and an adults-only policy.

    KIRA

    KIRA
Inside Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, KIRA pairs Japanese techniques with Mediterranean ingredients in one of Dubai’s most ambitious new luxury hotels. The restaurant includes a separate bar and lounge, stays open until 1 a.m. during the week and 2 a.m. on weekends, and applies an elegant dress code with a 14+ policy after 8 p.m.

    Shanghai Me Dubai

    Shanghai Me Dubai
Shanghai Me Dubai remains one of Gate Village’s established Asian dining rooms, drawing on the glamour of 1930s Shanghai across its interiors and menu. The garden terrace and late-evening atmosphere keep it relevant for a polished DIFC dinner, while its long run in a city obsessed with new openings is part of its appeal.

    Private Members' Clubs

    The Arts Club Dubai

    The Arts Club Dubai
The first international outpost of London’s historic The Arts Club occupies five floors of ICD Brookfield Place in DIFC. Access centers on membership and invited guests, with restaurants, bars, a rooftop, cigar lounge, private entertaining spaces, art, live music, talks, exhibitions, and a year-round member program. This is one of Dubai’s clearest examples of genuine members-only social access rather than manufactured restaurant exclusivity.

    Neera

    Neera
Neera is a 30,000-square-foot private members’ club in Al Habtoor City with eight spaces across two floors. Six dining and lounge concepts include Japanese, Mediterranean, and South American restaurants alongside a cocktail club, cigar and whisky lounge, games room, workspace, and two terraces. Membership applications are reviewed, and members also receive reciprocal access to more than 60 private clubs worldwide.

    Capital Club Dubai

    Capital Club Dubai
In DIFC’s Gate Village, Capital Club Dubai is the business-focused counterpart to the city’s newer lifestyle clubs. Its membership brings together senior executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders around private dining, meetings, networking, member events, and reciprocal access to more than 350 clubs internationally.

    Nightlife & Clubs

    Bâoli Dubai

    Bâoli Dubai
The Cannes-born Bâoli occupies a large waterfront site at J1 Beach with a restaurant, private beach, infinity pool, Sunset Lounge, Moon Room, and DJ program. Coastal French and Mediterranean cooking is accented by East Asian techniques, while the evening grows progressively more animated. Open until 2 a.m., it is one of the clearest Dubai examples of a restaurant, beach club, and nightlife address operating as one venue.

    Verde Dubai

    Verde Dubai
Inside Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Verde Dubai is built around dinner continuing into the night. Mediterranean cooking and cocktails begin the evening before music and the room’s energy take a stronger role, with the restaurant running until 3 a.m. from Tuesday through Sunday.

    Gitano Dubai

    Gitano Dubai
At J1 Beach, Gitano Dubai combines a modern Mexican restaurant with a bohemian beach club, pool, mezcal cocktails, DJs, and dancing. The brand’s Tulum roots are visible in the tropical setting, but the Dubai location adds skyline and Burj Khalifa views to the waterfront experience. After 7 p.m., the restaurant and beach become 21+.

    1920

    1920
On the 52nd floor of ICD Brookfield Place, 1920 is a late-night speakeasy rather than a conventional restaurant. Art Deco references frame rare spirits, Champagne, cigars, live performances, and vinyl DJ sets against panoramic Dubai views. On Thursday through Saturday, the room stays open until 3 a.m.

    Josette

    Josette
At ICD Brookfield Place, Josette builds the evening around a theatrical interpretation of Paris rather than a quiet French dining room. Breakfast and lunch give way to dinner, cocktails, music, and late-night entertainment, with the venue operating until 3 a.m. The elaborate interiors and performance-led evenings make it one of DIFC’s more distinctive choices when dinner is only the beginning.

    Exceptional Gastronomy

    Trèsind Studio

    Trèsind Studio
Chef Himanshu Saini’s Trèsind Studio made history as the first Indian restaurant in the world to receive three Michelin stars. The intimate restaurant at St. Regis Gardens works through a tasting menu that examines India by region, ingredient, memory, and technique rather than reproducing familiar restaurant classics. Reservations require advance payment, and the room operates with only two dinner seatings.

    FZN by Björn Frantzén

    FZN by Björn Frantzén
At Atlantis The Palm, FZN by Björn Frantzén earned three Michelin stars within months of opening. The 27-seat restaurant unfolds across two floors, beginning with a more residential-style setting before moving deeper into the experience, while the fixed menu connects Nordic foundations with Japanese influences.

    Row on 45

    Row on 45
Only 22 guests at a time dine at Row on 45, chef Jason Atherton’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant above Dubai Marina. The tasting menu unfolds in acts across an intimate space, with the chefs and sommeliers directly involved throughout dinner. The limited number of seats makes this one of the reservations in the guide where the scale of the room genuinely matters.

    Il Ristorante – Niko Romito

    Il Ristorante – Niko Romito
At Bulgari Resort Dubai on Jumeirah Bay Island, the two-Michelin-starred Il Ristorante – Niko Romito strips Italian cooking back to precision rather than excess. Chef Giacomo Amicucci currently leads the kitchen, with a tasting menu, Italian ingredients, an intimate dining room, and a marina-facing terrace forming one of Dubai’s most polished hotel restaurant experiences.

    Gymkhana Dubai

    Gymkhana Dubai
London’s two-Michelin-starred Gymkhana opened its UAE restaurant in September 2026 at Gate Village, bringing its club-inspired Indian dining room to DIFC. The menu retains the restaurant’s signature structure of chaat-style sharing plates, tandoor cooking, curries, and biryanis, alongside preparations created specifically for Dubai. Its arrival makes it one of the most important new gastronomic openings to watch this season.

    Beach Clubs & Daytime Tables

    Sirene by GAIA

    Sirene by GAIA
At J1 Beach, Sirene by GAIA takes the restaurant’s Greek-Mediterranean identity onto the water with a restaurant, beach, pool, private cabanas, bars, and Sunset Lounge beside the DJ stage. Beach and pool reservations operate separately, while the lounge and bars continue after sunset. It is the daytime counterpart to GAIA’s established DIFC restaurant.

    Gigi Rigolatto Dubai

    Gigi Rigolatto Dubai
Gigi Rigolatto Dubai recreates the all-day Italian lifestyle format at J1 Beach with a restaurant, garden, private beach, pool, Bellini Bar, boutique, and private cabanas. The four named cabanas — Ischia, Ponza, Capri, and Elba — accommodate groups of up to ten, while the restaurant continues until 2 a.m.

    African Queen Dubai

    African Queen Dubai
The historic African Queen name, born on the Côte d’Azur in the 1960s, now has a Dubai home at J1 Beach. The restaurant, pool, beach, live music, weekend programming, and late-night hours adapt the Riviera institution to Dubai without losing its Mediterranean foundation. It is particularly relevant for Babble-Up because the original Beaulieu-sur-Mer address is part of the same Riviera world our readers already know.

    Cloud 22

    Cloud 22
Twenty-two floors above Atlantis The Royal, Cloud 22 is an adults-only sky pool with panoramic views across Palm Jumeirah and Dubai. Advance reservations are required, with private cabanas and premium pool positions forming the core of the experience. This is less about a restaurant reservation than securing the right daytime setting inside one of Dubai’s most visible luxury hotels.

    Nobu by the Beach

    Nobu by the Beach
Nobu by the Beach at Atlantis The Royal is the world’s first Nobu beach club, pairing Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese-Peruvian menu with an adults-only pool and private beach setting. Advance reservations are recommended, with cabanas, lunch, cocktails, and the pool designed around spending the full day rather than simply coming for a meal.

    Verde Beach Dubai

    Verde Beach Dubai
Facing Burj Al Arab from Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Verde Beach Dubai is the beach counterpart to Verde’s late-night Four Seasons restaurant. Mediterranean cooking, cabanas, sunset views, music, and a beachfront setting give it a different purpose: come here for the daytime and early-evening beach experience rather than the 3 a.m. dinner party at Verde Dubai.
