For Bottega Veneta Spring Summer 2027, Louise Trotter takes the maison’s familiar codes somewhere more relaxed. Intrecciato loosens up. Leather sits beside crochet and gauzy skirts. Lilac, butter yellow, tangerine, and white break through the neutrals.

Intrecciato Goes On Holiday

At the heart of the collection, intrecciato loosens its grip. Oversized totes take on the airy ease of raffia, turning one of the maison’s most recognizable signatures into something far more relaxed.

Crochet takes the collection somewhere more languid. Openwork overshirts, macramé-like tops, and gauzy skirts introduce a touch of leggerezza beside Bottega’s richer materials. The contrast is tactile and sophisticated, with just enough désinvolture to keep the mood easy.

Colors have other ideas. Butter yellow, lilac, tangerine, and white cut through the neutrals with a livelier rhythm. A red cotton dress, ruched through the waist and knotted over a full pleated skirt.
