Frida: The Making of an Icon

Tate Modern looks beyond Frida Kahlo's paintings to explore how the Mexican artist became one of the world's most recognizable cultural icons. More than 30 works by Kahlo appear alongside photographs, jewelry, traditional garments and personal objects, while over 200 works by other artists trace her influence across generations.
