Set inside Villa Laetitia, the Art Nouveau residence restored by Anna Fendi Venturini, Enoteca La Torre has one of Rome’s more unusual two-Michelin-starred settings. Domenico Stile draws on his Campanian roots through seafood, vegetables, pasta, and the sharper flavors of southern Italy. More than 1,000 wine labels fill the cellar, with over 150 available by the glass, giving you considerably more freedom with pairings than the usual fixed wine progression.

    Nomos Ante

Nomos Ante is the fine-dining restaurant inside the intimate Nomos Hotel near Campo de’ Fiori. Roman Chef Giulio Zoli works with a tasting-menu format crafted around Italian cuisine. The result is one of Rome's most distinctive tasting-menu restaurants.

    Acquolina

    Acquolina

Live music and its position above one of Rome's new luxury hotels give the rooftop a strong social dimension after dark.

    Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi

    Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi
Few Rome restaurants put you this close to antiquity. Michelin-starred Aroma sits on the rooftop of Palazzo Manfredi, directly facing the Colosseum and the ruins of the Ludus Magnus below. At the top of Palazzo Fendi, Zuma Rome brings contemporary Japanese dining to one of the city's strongest fashion addresses. Sushi, sashimi, robata-grilled specialties, and Zuma signatures run through the menu, while the rooftop terrace overlooks the historic center. Casa Coppelle

    Casa Coppelle
A few steps from Piazza Navona, Casa Coppelle pairs French and Italian gastronomy with interiors by Jacques Garcia. The menu moves between the two traditions with pasta, meat, seafood, and French classics, while the cocktail bar makes it equally suited to drinks before dinner.

    Il Tartarughino

    Il Tartarughino
Close to Piazza di Spagna, Il Tartarughino has long combined dinner with the kind of late-night energy that defines Roman social life. Italian specialties lead the menu before live music, piano, and entertainment gradually take over the room.
