Zegna Takes Summer Cruise 2026 Show to Dubai

Zegna Brings Italian Craft to Dubai and Turns Presence Into Power

Inside the steel-and-glass curves of Dubai Opera, Zegna opened a new chapter. For the first time, the Italian fashion house stepped away from Milan Fashion Week. On June 11, 2025, Alessandro Sartori staged Zegna Summer Cruise 2026 Collection in Dubai. In a deliberate shift toward a new epicenter. One shaped by sun, sand, and serious spending power.

Sartori Shapes a New Code of Masculinity

The runway curled through sculpted sand. Palm trees rose from between the seats. Heat shimmered off the spotlighted path. Sartori staged a desert mirage inside the city's most iconic building. The effect was exact. Minimal. Lush.

He opened with striped silk pajamas in voile so light it folded mid-step. Followed by cardigans spun from paper yarn. Blousons stitched in suede. Jackets with crocodile piping and silk tweed. Every look moved. Nothing stayed stiff. Sartori cut each piece with softness and control.

Sartori also pushed leather to its limit. Perforated gilets. Second-skin trousers. Malleable moccasins. Over half the collection carried leather. Yet everything breathed. Even the sharpest tailoring slipped back on the body like a memory.

Color followed climate. Rope, sand, cognac, and burgundy. Then came a flash of acid green. A reference to the hills of Piedmont. To Oasi Zegna. To the forest planted by Ermenegildo over a century ago. Sartori kept one eye on the future. The other is on the mountain.

Zegna Creates Intimacy at Scale

After the show, the mood shifted. Guests stepped into Villa Zegna, built inside the Opera like a secret club. A wooden desk. A pair of reading glasses. A chair wrapped in worn leather. Ermenegildo's world, rebuilt in the Gulf.

Tailored capsules lined the walls. A Conte jacket in lilac crocodile. Hyper-flexible loafers. Suede cache-nez. A curated selection made for the house's top-tier clients. This collection is available for custom order. Private fittings. Immediate commission.

On a nearby shelf: a bottle of Il Conte. Zegna's newest fragrance. A blend of wet wool, Tahitian vanilla, leather, and benjoin resin. With only 300 fragrances existing. Each numbered. Each signed. Each priced at over $2,500.

Why Dubai. Why Now.

Sartori made the reason plain. "The Middle East represents one of the most dynamic and promising markets for Zegna." He called the region a key priority. A place where craftsmanship speaks and clients collect.

Dubai offers access. To billionaires. To cultural influence. To an audience trained in acquisition. For Zegna, the decision wasn't just commercial. It was also strategic.
