With its black label and white typography, the bottle has an elegant and sleek aesthetic that sets the tone for the aromas contained inside.

This new edition has a moderate dosage of 6 grams per liter. In the glass, it is characterized by a fruity opening with notes of apple, rhubarb, quince and mirabelle plum. Rich and complex, the nose then reveals roasted hazelnut notes. The gourmet and expressive mouth releases exotic, brioche and slightly stewed flavors. A beautiful aromatic richness concluded by a salty finish. According to Charles-Armand de Belenet, director of the brand, “This cuvée, made entirely from Pinot Noir, is in line with the essence, the DNA of our House: a singular vision of this emblematic grape variety, and an uncompromising effort to carry out the mission that has been driving us since 1829, that of being tastemakers.

CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER

Champagne Bollinger is the fruit of a long history that began in 1829. Athanase de Villermont, a soldier who gained recognition during the American War of Independence, inherited from his family a vast domain near Aÿ, in the French department of Marne. The potential of his estate to create champagne was quickly recognized, but at the time, an aristocrat could not be a merchant. Fortunately, he met Joseph Bollinger, a traveler who had left his native country – Germany – to learn about Champagne trade, and Paul Renaudin, a man fascinated by the world of wine. The three men teamed up to found the renowned house that we know today.
