Symbolic of the Henriot style, the Blanc de Blancs testifies to the virtuosity of the House in the making of the Premiers and Grands Crus, and to its history closely linked to the great Chardonnay terroirs.

Mineral and complex, it delights lovers of fine bubbles during the summer seasons. Its dress is pale gold, sparkling and crystalline. A lively effervescence and a procession of fine and delicate bubbles appear in the glass.

On the nose, cheeky minerality and freshness are revealed, accompanied by aromas of citrus and sunny white peach. A bouquet of fresh flowers; honeysuckle, orange blossom and armfuls of lime blossom emerge. The notes are first fruity with lemon and dried apricot, then pastry with that characteristic touch of fresh butter.

On the palate, the attack is dynamic, both ample and powerful. The touch of small fresh lemon melts into notes of buttery brioche extended by quince paste and acacia honey. A beautiful length, fresh and delicious.

This champagne will go perfectly with a sea bream ceviche or a risotto of fennel and candied lemons.
