From now through August 30, every Friday evening brings a new sensory pairing: music, signature cocktails, and small plates by Chef Nicola Zamperetti. Monthly, the team launches a new Signature Cocktail with haute cuisine pairings. July opens with Arrigo, a Bellini reimagined with vodka, white peach, and prosecco syrup. August follows with Marie Curie, a fresh, sparkling nod to the French 75. September closes the season with Anita, a modern Garibaldi that honors Italian rebellion with Campari and blood orange.
