Méribel's Finest Chalets with Alpine Elegance, Direct Slope Access, and Exclusive Mountain Living
Snow blankets Méribel from December through April. The resort sits in the heart of the Three Valleys, giving you access to 600 kilometers of pistes without ever removing your skis. Hotels fill the village center. But three chalets stand apart, each offering a different way to live the mountain.
Chalet Queen Mijane: Savoyard Soul Meets Modern Comfort in Méribel Village
Pine trees and mountains line the quiet hamlet where Chalet Queen Mijane stands. Clear wooden planks compose the facades. Grey country stone shapes the two lower floors.
Traditional Savoyard exterior, contemporary interior atmosphere—architect Jean-Michel Villot designed the communion between architecture and landscape.
Large bay windows flood the space with natural light that plays off raw materials throughout. Wood in various species, stone in different shapes and colors, thick alpine fabrics—the ensemble creates warmth without heaviness. Twelve guests spread across five bedrooms: three doubles, one master suite, and a kids' room with two bunk beds. Each bedroom opens to a terrace facing surrounding nature. An independent studio adds a TV corner, sofa area, wardrobe, lounge, terrace, double/twin bed, and ensuite bathroom.
A staircase and elevator connect all floors. The living space flows in grey and beige tones. A stone fireplace separates the dining room from the living room, where a library and piano anchor the volumes. The semi-professional kitchen hides behind a sliding door when you want it out of sight.
The wellness level dedicates itself entirely to water. A 7.5 by 3 meter mirror pool overlooks pine trees. A stone hammam fits six people. Massage room, shower, toilet, relaxation area—everything you need after slope days. Queen Mijane has welcomed guests since 2018 as one of Méribel Village's most beautiful builds.
