Le Camondo, Where Good Spirits and Gastronomy Go Hand in Hand

September 2, 2021 – Le Camondo Paris Restaurant

Le Camondo Paris Restaurant

Located at 61 bis Rue de Monceau in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, at the corner of the well-known Parc Monceau, the restaurant Le Camondo is subtly integrated into the private hotel that houses the eponymous museum Nissim de Camondo. After several months of lockdown, the restaurant reopened its beautiful terrace this summer with a bespoke monthly menu.

The team has put all its efforts into bringing this place back to life and making it evolve in the best way possible. Chef Fanny Herpin, a native of Bordeaux, took over the restaurant in 2020. Formerly the head chef of Restaurant Allard, she worked at Épicure at the Bristol under the guidance of Éric Frechon, and at Taillevent with Alain Solivérès. Fanny Herpin also has a history working for the Maison Ducasse.

On the menu, you will find among others Puglia Burrata, roasted peaches and basil pesto as a starter, Risotto Verde, asparagus and parmesan cream served with peas and arugula as a main course, and a Lemon Tart from Pastry Chef Carl Marletti for dessert. The meals are regularly renewed for the greatest pleasure of the regular visitors. A Breaking Hours takes place from Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 8pm, the occasion to enjoy an apéritif with friends. Finally, their traditional brunch is served every weekend from 12pm to 4pm.
