    For Spring 2027, Thom Browne transformed The Shed in New York into a surreal garden built around metamorphosis. Drawing on Disney’s A Bug’s Life, the collection sends caterpillars, butterflies, bees, dragonflies, and beetles across Browne’s signature tailoring, embroidered surfaces, sculpted skirts, and fantastical shoes. The show closed New York Fashion Week with a giant chrysalis, insect anatomy translated into construction, and a finale that carried the transformation all the way through the silhouette.

    Dior FW26/27 Couture unveiled Jonathan Anderson's second couture collection for the Maison this morning at the Musée Rodin in Paris, inside a pavilion staged as a fern forest. Dedicated to American artist Lynda Benglis, the collection sculpted pleats across gowns, coats and trousers, from mille-feuille knits to a reworked Bar jacket with fringed trim, closing with a bride veiled in hand pleated chiffon. At the front row: Sabrina Carpenter, Anna Wintour, Baz Luhrmann, Pharrell Williams, Priyanka Chopra, Josh O'Connor, Ethel Cain, Naomi Watts, Parker Posey, Eileen Gu, Alexa Chung, Rebecca Ferguson and Delphine Arnault, days after Anderson dressed Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for their wedding.

    Schiaparelli FW26/27 Couture, titled The Abyss, inaugurated Paris Couture Week this mroning at the Petit Palais in Paris. Creative Director Daniel Roseberry traded silk, satin and wool for latex, silicone and sheets of baked paint, sending out thirty looks inspired by deep sea creatures: gowns illuminated from within, latex trailing tentacles, and a coral dress built over more than 9,850 hours of atelier work. At the front raw: Bad Bunny, Michelle Yeoh, Anna Wintour, Emma Corrin, Lee Pace, Vera Wang, Law Roach, Christian Louboutin, Delphine Arnault and Marisa Berenson, Elsa Schiaparelli's granddaughter, while Karlie Kloss returned to the runway for the first time since 2024.

Alessandro Sartori drew on la villeggiatura, the centuries-old Italian summer ritual, to build a wardrobe of safari jackets, striped suits, knitted suede bombers and shirts engineered with swappable collars. The Show moved to the Chateau Marmont, where six bungalows became Villa Zegna, an invitation-only Italian summer residence for 240 guests.

On the runway, a century of Chanel codes surfaced and dissolved: the petite robe noire reborn as a revenge dress, Art Deco double-C graphics, Basque stripe references, and a finale that sent two mermaids down the runway.
