The Alpine Dynasty Enters Winter 2026 With Redesigned Suites, Michelin Starred Dining, and a Mixologist From New York.

Courchevel celebrates eighty years this winter. Meanwhile, one family has been writing its own mountain legend since 1961. La Maison Pinturault, run by third generation siblings Sandra (General Director) and Alexis (the ski champion with a dizzying trophy count), operates four properties across Courchevel's altitudes. This season brings redesigned suites, a Michelin starred kitchen, and a New York mixologist to the slopes between 1850's heights and Le Praz's village soul.

The anchor is Hôtel Annapurna. Standing sentinel at the station's heights since 1974, the five star property holds a Michelin Key and refuses to coast on fifty years of laurels. This winter brings renewal through design and material.

Atelier Giffon Reimagines Five Suites at Hôtel Annapurna

Atelier Giffon redesigned five suites, including the monumental Suite Everest. The aesthetic ditches folklore for tactile modernity. Light oak, textured wool, and graphic carpets by Ege Carpets compose spaces where luxury lives in clean lines and natural light flooding through windows that frame the peaks.

The emotion at Pinturault properties flows through the plate. At Restaurant Alpage, Chef Jean-Rémi Caillon delivers gastronomy rooted in radical sincerity. Michelin starred and holding Ecotable Level 3 (the highest distinction), Caillon anchors his cooking in terroir with gentle conviction. Vegetables occupy 50% of the plate here, accompanying responsibly farmed fish and aged meats.

The hotel bar gets a new voice this season. Mixologist Jérémy LeBlanche, formerly of Thyme Bar in New York, signs a cocktail menu built for visual spectacle. Expect après ski evenings to get shaken up.

Les Peupliers Anchors the Maison in Village Life

If Annapurna dominates the heights, Hôtel Les Peupliers, acquired by the family in 2022, grounds the Maison in earth. Located in Courchevel Le Praz at 1300 meters, this property embodies a more bohemian, village minded luxury. Face the Olympic ski jumps. Find the family house spirit Alexis Pinturault champions. His trophies discreetly decorate La Table de Mon Grand-Père.

For groups seeking total privacy, Chalets Altaï deliver exclusive eco designed retreats at the forest edge. Full hotel services included. The Chalet Khoton adds a private 120 square meter spa worthy of grand palaces.

Between hosting World Cup events in December and March and maintaining environmental standards, La Maison Pinturault approaches 2026 with the calm of those who know their roots.
