Among the experiences offered at the spa, is the Bubbles menu, which combines treatments with an epicurean lunch. In an outdoor whirlpool bath with a view of the ponds, a glass of champagne at hand… Already famous for being one of the most beautiful spa hotels near Paris.
Culinary Excellence
The cuisine is undeniably one of the highlights of this destination, inviting guests to savor gastronomic delights as much as relaxation. At Le Corot restaurant, starred Chef Rémi Chambard orchestrates a menu that pays homage to the terroirs of Île-de-France.
In an elegantly designed dining room, he showcases some of the region’s most emblematic ingredients: the Paris mushroom, the Meaux mustard, and rare yet exceptional products such as Jersey cow butter, burrata from Auffargis, and hazelnut oil from the Fermes de Feyrolles in Crécy-la-Chapelle.
For this gastronomic journey through Île-de-France, the menus carry evocative names like Promenade and Grande Balade, with dishes named after towns and villages in the region. The second restaurant, Le Café des Artistes, serves seasonal “market return” cuisine, best enjoyed on the terrace during warmer months.
