Milan Fashion Week, René Caovilla FW 2025-26

This Milan Fashion Week, luxury footwear house René Caovilla unveiled The Golden Era,” an opulent tribute to couture traditions and artisanal savoir-faire. Gold reigns supreme, while handcrafted crystals illuminate the collection with radiance. This wearable art, rooted in Venetian craftsmanship, unfolds through rich textures, intricate braiding, and sinuous lines that evoke elegance.

René Caovilla’s signature Cleo Sandal, known for its coiling serpent strap, takes on a new dimension in this collection, enveloped in golden hues and exotic crystal motifs. The Maison introduces two new flat iterations—a mule and a slingback—both adorned with hand-set crystals that reference multi-ethnic inspirations and distant destinations.

The Full Crystals series continues to dazzle with an array of statement silhouettes, including:

Parisian-inspired Mary Janes.
Slingbacks and boots bathed in cascading micro-crystals.
Kitten heels and ballet flats infused with shimmering elegance.
Snakes, sharp tips, and double-buckle details that capture the Maison’s signature sparkle.

Introducing Spark

For FW 2025-26, René Caovilla debuts Spark, an electrifying evolution of the house’s snake motif. Crafted from crystal baguettes, it coils around the ankle like a luminous spiral, adorning:

Sandals in purple, orange, and metallic gray.
Velvet designs in blue, raspberry, and deep violet.
Dramatic Cuissard boots and ankle boots in stretch black nappa.

The Mini Bag Capsule:

For FW 2025-26, Caovilla extends its creativity to a capsule collection of couture evening bags:

The Bucket Bag – A dazzling rhinestone-encrusted mini bag in orange, gold, and black velvet
The Wave Clutch – Available in powder pink satin, total black rhinestones, or velvet with a jet-black crystal trim, complete with a Serpent bracelet handle.
The Cocktail Bag – A black rhinestone masterpiece, featuring a jeweled snake handle for an exquisite finishing touch.

As René Caovilla continues to captivate the luxury market, the Maison strengthens its presence in Southeast Asia, expanding into key retail destinations. The brand recently opened a mono-brand store in Hong Kong’s Harbour City Mall, one of Asia’s most prestigious shopping hubs. In Bangkok, a new pop-up boutique at Central Embassy joins its existing Central Chidlom location. Looking ahead, René Caovilla is set to expand into other Asian countries, reflecting the growing demand for its distinctive craftsmanship in the region. View the collection here.
