This winter, the Six Senses Crans-Montana Resort introduces its most exclusive offer: “Own the Slopes.” This experience guarantees you privileged access to the impeccably groomed slopes of Chetzeron before the resort opens to the public. This season marks a new gastronomic milestone for the Resort. The Byakko restaurant, led by Chef Yukta, features Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients. Here, the team prepares sashimi, slow-cooked broths, and charcoal-grilled dishes, focusing on pure flavors. Natural materials and artisanal details define the ambiance, setting the stage for guests to relax and unwind over dinner.
The new Ora Bar & Lounge, located on the fifth floor, boasts a more welcoming atmosphere. Remodeling has expanded the space and added warmer lighting. Cocktails and mocktails are prepared using ingredients sourced within a 100-mile radius. The bar snacks are perfect for après-ski gatherings or quieter evenings. A small lounge dedicated to cigars and cognac sits next to the bar, with the Alps framing the background. The Byakko and Ora Bar & Lounge will welcome guests from December 5, 2025.
