HOTEL LES TRÉSOMS
Hotel Les Trésoms Lake and Spa Resort in Annecy was given 1 star for its restaurant, La Rotonde des Trésoms, run by Chef Éric Prowalski.

Secondly, Château De Massillan in Uchaux with chef Christophe Chiavola was given 1 star.
Château de Massillan sits in a majestic 16th century castle, sitting on 10 hectares of beautiful land, surrounded by hundred-year-old trees, with a natural pond and an organic vegetable garden. The chef and his team are committed to developing a menu in total harmony with Mother Nature. Their inspiration is simplicity and quality ingredients. The cuisine is often organic and grown in the region creating a symphony of flavor.
You may also pay a visit to the brand new Bio Spa of the Château de Massillan. More than 600m² has been specially designed to offer you a parenthesis of resourcing and reconnection to yourself, all in harmony with nature. As soon as you enter, a custom-made bamboo sculpture representing a beautiful tree over 4m high, large openings onto the park, noble materials, minerals and plants, and light effects that envelop you in a veil of softness.
