H.THEORIA Liqueurs assemble aromas, heckle the senses, distill and compose stories of original, personal and wildly aromatic liqueurs. On the tip of the tongue first, the flavor is put into words. LIQUEURS COLLECTION TO CHOOSE FROM

Midi Fauve: on the nose, solar and animal notes are delicate and deep. On the palate, vanilla, floral and green notes tint this accord with an intense languor.
Cuir Lointain: on the nose, notes of cooked, tannic and aggressive fruits. On the palate, a woody length coupled with citrus.

H.THEORIA, THE STORY

The story of H.Theoria is first of all a meeting. Affective. Bloody. On the skin. That of two young entrepreneurs, viscerally curious and passionate.

Marlène Staiger, the duo’s creative director, is at a crossroads. Between heaven and earth. Trained at the prestigious ISIPCA, which prepares future perfumers and flavourists, she is a chemist raised on Baudelairean poetry and synesthesia. She loves nothing less than the confusion of the senses and the mixing of genres. The trademark of her art.

Camille Hédin is the passionaria of the passion of others, the one who knows how to give momentum to the ideas she believes in. A graduate of EDHEC, Camille has always been fascinated by gastronomy and loves to defend artists of taste. Nothing scares her, everything excites her. At a very young age, she started working at Lenôtre, managing a team of 20 people with a master’s touch. Then she met Marlene and her dreams of matching smells, flavors and words.

These two highly flammable young women, posted from the start, in a light orbit of their respective universes, were waiting for the sign to ignite.

THE ART AND THE WAY: DESIGNER LIQUEURS
At a Parisian workshop. Marlène spends the day and night tasting, smelling, weighing and assembling for many months… The idea makes its way. There is not always a recipe, rather shapes, sounds, the image of a place, a memory, a color. Marlene has the intuition of the measure. She draws from the raw materials, macerates, distillates of the House of Gabriel Boudier, new sensations until a formula is outlined. Many times taken up and corrected, meticulously, in its multitude of possibilities, until reaching a taste chiseled in a perfect balance. A taste phenomenon.
