Nestled in the hotel’s enchanting hidden courtyard, the Aquazzura Bar embodies the essence of La Dolce Vita with its serene vibe and lush garden setting. As you enter through the hotel’s grand entrance, you are immediately transported to a tranquil oasis, invisible from the bustling streets of Rome. This secluded space, designed by Casa do Passadiço, is a visual masterpiece, featuring bespoke elements like Portuguese tiles hand-painted with vibrant lemon motifs, a nod to Italy’s citrus groves.
The bar’s decor exudes Aquazzura’s signature playful yet luxurious style. Custom striped awnings frame the space, juxtaposing bold black-and-white patterns with whimsical lemon-inspired designs. Comfortable outdoor furniture, green trelliswork, and fragrant lemon trees in striped planters further elevate the space’s enchanting atmosphere.

The Aquazzura Bar is a full sensory experience. The cocktail menu, curated by Federico Pavan and executed by Matteo Capezzuoli, showcases Edgardo Osorio’s passion for tequila. Signature cocktails include the Frozen Margarita, crafted with top-quality tequila, fresh lime, and seasonal fruits, and the Agave Nero, a tequila-based twist on the classic Espresso Martini.
For those with an appetite for something light, the bar serves a delightful selection of tapas designed by Fulvio Pierangelini, Creative Food Director of Rocco Forte Hotels, and presented on the exclusive Aquazzura Casa porcelain tableware.
