Saadiyat Grove Places Luxury Retail Between Abu Dhabi’s Biggest Museums

September 12, 2026 Saadiyat Grove Abu Dhabi

Louis Vuitton, Dior, Cartier & Bvlgari Join Abu Dhabi’s New Cultural Address Alongside Fine Dining, Wellness & More Than 100 Global Brands

Saadiyat Grove is set to reshape the heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District in late 2026, weaving luxury retail, residences, hospitality, gastronomy and culture into one of Abu Dhabi’s most ambitious new addresses. The setting is exceptional: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum form the cultural core, with Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi extending the circuit across Saadiyat Island.

The experience is designed to flow naturally between them. A morning at the Louvre can continue with Cartier, Dior or Louis Vuitton, followed by lunch at Alain Ducasse Café or dinner at Momofuku. Around the museums, a wider residential and lifestyle district is taking shape, with branded residences, hotels, wellness concepts and private living woven into the same address. Fashion, jewelry, gastronomy, art and hospitality become part of the same art de vivre.

Luxury Finds a Cultural Setting

The first confirmed names read like a condensed edit of the luxury world: Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Loewe, Valentino, Brunello Cucinelli, Cartier, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Tiffany & Co., Van Cleef & Arpels and Audemars Piguet. More than 100 brands are expected across the district, including 20 concepts new to the region.

The strongest interest lies in how several maisons are interpreting Saadiyat through their own codes. Cartier is planning a boutique influenced by Abu Dhabi’s heritage and local craftsmanship, while Chaumet will introduce a Tiara experience conceived specifically for the setting. Loewe is expected to present its first Personalisation Bar in the region, and Fendi will incorporate a cinema and cultural programming space into its presence.

Fine Dining, Wellness & Branded Living

The dining lineup includes Alain Ducasse Café, Monsieur Paul, Momofuku and Kokoro Handroll Bar. Abu Dhabi’s first Time Out Market will also join Saadiyat Grove, featuring 16 kitchens, bars, a dedicated café and cultural programming under one roof.

Shifting from gastronomy to wellness, a hotel will connect directly to the commercial district, while BXR plans a 2,000-square-meter fitness club. Wellness and longevity concepts complete the lifestyle mix. More than 1,000 residences are planned across developments including Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat and The Arthouse.

On the residential side, the Baccarat Residences introduces the French crystal maison’s universe to Saadiyat, with interiors and private amenities conceived around Baccarat’s distinctive vision of art de vivre.
